Flower Essence Therapy

Flower Essence Therapy was pioneered in the 1930’s by the English physician Edward Bach. Flower Essence Therapy is a non-toxic, gentle and safe approach for promoting mental-emotional balance and well being. It is ideal for those who want to address a specific mental and emotional issues, and for an ongoing program of personal growth.

Dr. Bach was highly intuitive and sensitive to the energy of plants. He was also a keen observer of human behavior. He understood that a person's mental and emotional states had a great influence on their health and well-being. As a result of spending time in nature, he identified non-toxic plants that could address different mental and emotional states in humans, animals and could even be used with other plants.

Since the 1930’s the Bach Flower Essence have gained great popularity in Europe and are becoming increasingly known in the United States. In the Bach (English) Flower Essence system there are 38 different individual flower essences, which are easily combined to address a great variety of mental-emotional patterns.

I was introduced to the Bach Flower Essences in 1992, since then, I have used them both professionally and personally.

It has been proven that stress is responsible for over 70 percent of disease. It makes sense to address problems at their root and prevent disease from progressing into a physical problem.

Flower Essence Therapy can address fear, anxiety, seasonal affected symptoms, persistent unwanted thoughts, oversensitivity to others’ energy, decision making, insomnia, the ability to feel loved, recovery from illness, and much more.

Flower Essences can be combined safely with any other treatments, medicines, supplements and herbs.

“I have been seeing Terrill for various complaints over the years and have always gotten good results. He fine-tunes his Bach Flower and herbal remedies with kinesiology, and he’s always had formulas I needed on hand, sparing me a trip to Chinatown. His needle technique is painless, and he is always attentive and present. I also like the fact that he develops himself spiritually as well as academically.
